Our temporary store is now closed. I just can’t bring myself to delete this page yet. It was such a great place and without it, winter would have been awful. Thank you, little Church Street store! And thank you everyone who visited us there!
We are now open at our temporary site.
It is located at 14 Church St. Drive down Main St, past the Bunch of Grapes. Take a left on Church St and we are across the parking lot from Beadniks.
We are open every day 9am to 6pm.
Here’s a video to see how to get there… it’s a little Blair Witch-y and I’ll probably redo it, but just to get something up in the meantime, here you go…
And here’s a quick tour of the store… I’ve learned how to keep the camera much steadier…
Trust me, the video does not do it justice.
Our temporary store will have its final day on June 6, so that we can move over to the big store, reopening June 13.
While we can’t wait to get back home, we’ll miss this little place. Winter sure would have been awful without it.
I love this! What a great idea!
(got a little seasick, but that’s okay!)
I’ve been composing your display ads for the Martha’s Vineyard Times for years, and happened to be in the office that fateful day when someone called us to say that Cafe Moxie was on fire. I am a BIG bookworm, have been waiting patiently for construction to finish and am so, so happy that you have opened again in this temporary location. Thank you Thank you Thank you!
OK, that’s it! I’m on the next ferry over! And I know just where to go… Nice marketing.
My family and I will be there for Thanksgiving and are so happy you are open! See you soon!
I’m so homesick now, but in a good way.
My love to you and all the gang…
Great to see your up and running, we’ll be in tomorrow….hoping for Mitch Albom..For One More Day…
Yahoo to you!!
Just had to say thanks for stopping in… I’m assuming that was you I sold the Mitch Albom to the other day…
whoaa now im wicked motionsick haha dang i miss that store and all y’all workin there!
I’m delighted to hear you’re back in business. I’ve taken my wife and kids to the island for the last 5 summers and we were all shocked and saddened when we arrived last summer to find your store had been burnt just days before. Visiting the store was always a big part of the vacation so I can now look forward to visiting the island again. Good luck with your renovations and we hope to see you all soon. Best wishes from Belfast, N. Ireland.
